Our Story

We opened our doors on August 6, 2015, and since then, we have become a place where people from around Calgary, Edmonton, and Canmore come to convene and enjoy a family meal. Founded by brothers Gil and Jeff Carlos, with Gil overseeing business management as an owner, and Jeff leading our Back of House team as head chef, we're dedicated to providing a warm atmosphere and delicious meals for all who walk through our doors.

Why the name, "The Bro'Kin Yolk"?

The Bro(s) - We are owned by two brothers, Gil and Jeff, who have 20 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry.

Kin - Our goal is to make you feel at home. We treat you, and everyone else, like family. This includes our staff members, our customers, all the way to our suppliers and partners.

Yolk – the shining star of our menu. Our eggs are sourced from Countryside Farms and are organic, free-range, and rich in Omega-3s. It doesn't get more orange than that.
